What this does

PO number, order date, delivery date, payment terms and ship-via across a single header block
Line items with quantity and unit price; tax is one percentage on the whole subtotal, not a rate per line
24 currencies, of which the eight whose symbol the standard PDF fonts cannot draw fall back to the ISO code
The authorised-by name prints above the signature rule, shrinking from 11 pt until it fits the 210 pt line

Into the PDF and nowhere else. pdf-lib assembles the file in this tab and hands it to your downloads folder, and no request carries the form, which is worth caring about given a PO is a list of your suppliers set against the unit prices you negotiated with each of them.

Each line amount is quantity times unit price, rounded to two decimals only when it is drawn. The subtotal adds the raw products rather than the rounded ones, tax is that subtotal times your percentage, and the order total stays unrounded until it too is printed. So a page of lines that each end on a half-cent can show a total a penny away from what you get by adding the column down by hand. The total is the accurate figure; the column is the one that lost precision to display rounding. If a supplier queries it, the usual fix is to enter unit prices that resolve cleanly at the quantities you are buying.
