How it works

Print Envelopes at DL, C5, C6, US #10 or A2 Size

Type the sender and the recipient and download an envelope-sized PDF, DL, C5, C6, US #10 or A2, in landscape feed orientation. Paste a whole list to print a batch.

What this does
  • Five page boxes at their real dimensions: DL 220 × 110 mm, C5 229 × 162 mm, C6 162 × 114 mm, US #10 9.5 × 4.125 in, US A2 5.75 × 4.375 in
  • Recipient block centred across the width at 46% of the height, where sorting machines look for it, with the sender top-left
  • Nudge that block up to 40 mm in either direction, in 0.5 mm steps, when the printer’s grip is off
  • Uppercase the recipient for postal automation, or switch on hairline guides to check the block before you spend an envelope
  • One page per address block for a whole pasted list, or a return-address-only run of up to 200 blanks
