How it works

Address Label Sheets: Avery 5160, 5163 or A4 21-Up

Paste your addresses, one block per label, and get a print-ready sheet of Avery 5160, 5163 or A4 21-up labels. Start on any cell to finish a part-used sheet.

What this does
  • Avery 5160 at 2.625 × 1 in, three across and ten down on US Letter
  • Avery 5163 at 4 × 2 in, two across and five down; A4 21-up at 63.5 × 38.1 mm, three across and seven down
  • Click the cell to start on, so the labels already peeled off a sheet are skipped
  • Each block is wrapped to the label width and centred vertically; lines that still will not fit are dropped and counted
  • “Fill the sheet” repeats a short list until the page is full, which is how you get a stack of identical return labels
FAQ

The grids use the published die-cut measurements, so the file is right. Misalignment comes from the print dialog: scaling has to be “Actual size” or 100% with fit-to-printable-area off, because shrinking an A4 page by 2% walks every label out of its cell by the time you reach the bottom row. Print one on plain paper and hold it against a real sheet before you commit a pack.
