Bleed is 3 mm of artwork carried past the finished edge, so when the guillotine drifts a fraction of a millimetre it cuts through your background instead of leaving a white sliver down one side. The single-card PDF has it on all four edges, along with 5 mm crop marks that begin at the bleed edge and point outwards, the trim line is where each pair would meet. The multi-up sheet deliberately has none: its cards butt edge to edge and the cut ticks sit out in the margins, because you are cutting that one by hand.

US Letter or A4, whichever you pick, the US trim gives ten cards a sheet on either one.

The PDF asks for Helvetica and Helvetica Bold by name rather than carrying their outlines, because those are two of the fourteen faces every PDF reader is expected to supply. On screen and on an office printer that is settled. A print shop running an older RIP may substitute Arial, which is metrically compatible and will not reflow anything, though the letterforms differ if you look closely at the R and the G. If the exact face matters for a run, say so when you send the file.

The PDF is written in RGB and a commercial press prints CMYK. Saturated blues and oranges shift the most on conversion. If a colour matters, send the shop the hex value and ask them to match it, muted tones survive the trip far better than neon ones.
