How to extract one page from a PDF

A 90-page report rarely has a table of contents you can trust to line up with the PDF's own page count, especially after a revision or two. Scrolling a thumbnail strip and clicking the one you recognise is faster and more reliable than guessing a number and checking if you got it right.
